Processing Times
We work hard to get your order out quickly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update once the package has been scanned.

From the outside, your package will look like any standard delivery.

We primarily ship through USPS and other reliable shipping partners depending on your region.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more ship free.
Flat Rate: Orders under $150 ship for $11.99.
Discounted Priority: Orders of $60+ qualify for $8.99 priority shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard USPS shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
Priority shipping may arrive faster but is not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions
NovaCureCo products are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill (containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC). However, hemp and THCa laws vary by state and locality. We do not ship to any location where hemp-derived products are prohibited. Orders placed to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at support@NovaCureCo.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Please note that once a package has been handed to the carrier, NovaCureCo cannot guarantee delivery speed or assume responsibility for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
International Shipping
At this time, NovaCureCo does not ship internationally. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the United States only.
