 Shipping & Order Logistics

  • We aim to process most orders within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier. Delays can happen due to weekends, holidays, or weather.

  • For certain products (e.g. vape items, age‐restricted products), yes — an adult aged 21+ will need to sign upon delivery. Other orders may not require signature, depending on shipping carrier and product type.

  • After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the package’s progress via the carrier’s tracking page. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

  • Orders placed before our daily cutoff (e.g. 4:00 PM EST) are generally sent out the same business day or next business day. Orders placed after cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.

Product Information

  • We grow high-quality indoor flower and adhere to the strict quality protocols. All our material is tested for contaminants, and we ensure clean growing practices with minimal or no use of harmful chemicals.

  • Our flower is carefully dried, trimmed, cured, and packaged without unnecessary additives. We strive to deliver a natural product that reflects the strain’s heritage and flavor.

  • Some of them might. Even though many of our products are compliant with current THC‐limits (e.g. <0.3%), the presence of some cannabinoids can sometimes trigger a positive result. If you need to pass a drug test, it’s best to avoid using.

  • We are not medical professionals, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. If you are on medication or have health concerns, please consult a healthcare provider before use.

  • We use odor-proof, plain packaging that doesn’t identify the contents. Shipping labels and boxes are designed with discretion in mind.

Storage & Handling

    • Store flower in a cool, dark place with stable temperature (avoid heat/light).

    • Use airtight containers (glass jars, sealed bags).

    • For high humidity environments, consider moisture/humidity control packs.

    • For vapes: store upright to reduce clogging and leakage.

    • For edibles or perishables: follow storage instructions on packaging (may require refrigeration).

Legal, Safety & Compliance

  • Our products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill (or applicable laws), and contain THC levels within legal limits. You don’t need a medical card to purchase from us. HOWEVER, laws vary by state — it’s your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

  • No — only adults 21+ are permitted to purchase/use our products. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, please consult with your physician before use.

  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee for a certain period (e.g. within 30/100 days of purchase). If something is wrong with your order (damaged, wrong item, etc.), contact us and we’ll work to resolve (refund, exchange, or store credit). For safety / legal reasons, some products might not be returnable once opened.

  • Yes — all batches are third-party tested for potency, purity, contaminants (pesticides, solvents, heavy metals, etc.). Lab reports are available upon request or posted publicly on product pages.

  • Start with a small dose — understand how your body reacts, wait longer for effects before increasing. Be aware of interactions (with other substances, alcohol, medication). Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery after use.
